  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

    In a medium bowl, whisk together tamarind paste, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and vegetable oil until well combined.
